Enrollment
Enrollment is now open for the 2014-2015 4-H year. Our first meeting will be Monday September 8th at 6:30 at the El Paso de Robles Grange Hall. At this meeting, we will be having our project sign ups. Each project leader will talk a little about their project and their plans for the year. Members will then have a chance to sign up for the projects that interest them.
In order to participate in 4-H there are 4 things that must be completed:
1. You must enroll on-online. You can use the link at the bottom of this page. If you have not been in 4-H, you will need to set up a "new profile". If you are re-enrolling be sure to use your current profile.
2. You must pay your enrollment fees. Enrollment fees are $50 for the 2014-2015 year. This includes $34 for insurance and $16 for a required County 4-H donation/fundraiser. Payment needs to be made through the club, payment may not be made on-line. You can bring it to the Club meetings on the first Monday of each month. If you are unable to pay your enrollment fees, please talk with me.
3. You must fill out and bring to me the "Treatment Authorization and Health History" forms from the on-line enrollment. They need to be downloaded from Page 2 of the on-line enrollment process. In order to move on through the enrollment you must click that you have downloaded them. Please read carefully when you are filling going through the enrollment process.
4. You must pay the project fees associated with the projects that you are interested in joining. Our club project fees are $15 for all non-livestock projects and $30 for all livestock projects. If you are unable to pay the project fee, please talk with me.
